Showcasing Products and Services: Attendees will have the opportunity to showcase their offerings, products, and innovations.

Individual Company Level Discussions: Companies can conduct panel discussions at dedicated conference halls. These discussions will provide an exclusive space to:

• Choose the topic for the panel discussion.
• Select the moderator and panel members.
• Invite guests to attend the summit at no registration fee (subject to terms and conditions as in tariff card).
• Grant guests access to all summit areas and facilities.

Panel Discussion Setup: Standard facilities, including a panel setup, overhead projectors, presentation screens, and sound systems, will be provided. The backdrop will feature the official summit design.

Custom Scheduling: Companies can select the time and duration of their panel discussions, subject to availability, as per standard package.

The terms and tariff for booking as under:

As a part of package 40 guests will be allowed without any registration charges. Beyond this, the normal registration charges will be applicable as per the summit rates.
